AC Hotel by Marriott Minneapolis Downtown

Cornelius at the reception desk did a gorgeous job! Clarified all the misunderstandings and helped out with the parking. I liked the gym and the view from the window. The room was clean and smelled good.

Safety for hotel guests. I liked the fact that the elevators required you to scan your hotel key to go up the floors. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly.

Honestly this hotel was amazing and the staff lovely. Room was very clean and hotel in general was very clean, beautifully decorated, brand new and calm. We needed the room to be cleaned in the middle of the day and they sent someone in less than 5 minutes who cleaned everything perfectly, changed the sheets, the towels, etc. The breakfast is great too, with a lot of options (croissant, pain au chocolat, all sorts of bread, fruits, eggs, turkey, bacon, yogurt, cereals, all types of milk, coffee, hot chocolate, etc.). There's a ton of restaurants in the neighborhood and we did not need to take a cab during the whole weekend. I will definitely be staying in this hotel again if I'm visiting Minneapolis.

The front desk staff were very friendly and courteous upon arrival! When I was checking out I had an issue with the parking garage the manager walked outside and handled everything, he was truly awesome. This was st Patty's weekend so I'm pretty sure he was busy but he made time to do that for me and I really thought that was very kind of him!! Definitely will be staying at this hotel again!!!

Our stay here was brilliant from start to finish. The staff were friendly and attentive. Our room was clean, comfortable and the bed was superb. The hotel has a relaxed vibe with comfortable spaces throughout along with refreshments. Our breakfast was tasty with a good selection and quality ingredients.
